THIS SITE HAS TWO WAYS IN WHICH YOU CAN SEARCH THE MLS:

1. The Property Finder tab - more user friendly
2. The Search the MLS tab - allows a more detailed search

If you select the "Property Finder" tab on the left-hand side of the screen you'll be able to search from a more user friendly platform, but limits you on the amount of criteria you can use.

Or

If you want to be able to add more specific criteria then select the "Search the MLS" tab on the left-hand side of the screen.

Providing both option is just one more way for me to make searching for your dream home easier on you! It really is my goal to provide a service, not to sell you on something!
